I have at least 1 year of full-time specialized experience or the equivalent, comparable to at least the GS-9 in the Federal Service (obtained in either the public or private sector). This experience must include providing technical support to management in the maintenance and monitoring of irrigation systems; planning, organizing, directing, coordinating, and evaluating all activities of an irrigation and water delivery program. Develop plans on soil and water conservation and irrigation procedures; served as a project manager on construction, maintenance, or operating work for irrigation and water delivery projects. Provide information to management for annual review and updating of project operations and resources; maintenance for operational and administrative changes; organizational and secession planning changes; complete scheduled maintenance requirements and reporting on the systems; OR Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree; OR 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree; OR LL.M., if related. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
